Donation Questions
Can I pay my tithe to 3ABN?
We gratefully receive donations from any person who is convicted by God to support this ministry and are dependent on such financial support to ensure this ministry can continue it’s worldwide work. As a Supporting Ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and in keeping with the policy for such Supporting Ministries, 3ABN does not solicit or knowingly accept tithe from Seventh-day Adventist Church members but encourages them to return their tithe through the authorised channels of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. However, for those who are not members of the Seventh-day Adventist church, and prayerfully believe they should support this ministry, we are grateful to receive whatever financial support they are convicted to send to us. We realise we cannot dictate to people what they do with their money.

Can I set up regular donations for 3ABN Australia?
Yes. Regular payments can be made via credit card or Internet/Bank Deposit. Follow the instructions on our Donate page and set it up for periodic donations.
Program Guide Questions
How can I obtain 3ABN program guides for television?
For a printable program guide for 3ABN International, go to our Monthly TV Program Guides page and select the month and your area. Then select Program Guide. You will then be able to print it.
Those who do not have access to the Internet to download the program guide may post us pre-paid self-addressed DL size envelopes and request us to mail the Program Guide to them. Our mailing address is:

How can I obtain 3ABN program guides for the radio?
For a printable program guide for 3ABN Australia Radio, go to our Monthly Radio Program Guides page and select the month and your area. Then select Program Guide. You will then be able to print it.
Can I see the daily schedule for my area?
Yes. We have a comprehensive online TV schedule showing all of 3ABN’s networks. You may choose the date to view and click on program slots to find out more information about each program.

Technical Questions
How can I become a 3ABN Radio affiliate?
If you’re interested in re-broadcasting 3ABN Radio Network in your area, you can become an affiliate by signing an agreement with us. There are no fees associated with this agreement. For more information, please see our affiliates information page.
How can I find someone to install a 3ABN dish?
While we don’t have any official installers, we do keep a list of people who have indicated that they do install systems. Please see our list of suppliers or contact us if one isn’t listed for your area.
Are there any monthly or ongoing fees after installing a 3ABN dish?
No. The only cost involved is that of the equipment and installer’s labour cost. There are no ongoing fees.

Not through our online store. Please contact us to find out if a bulk price can be considered for the item you require.
How soon will I get my order?
Regular post: We usually mail orders within 3 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery for in-stock products.
Express: We will attempt to mail products on the same day the order is taken. Usually next business day delivery is available for satchels sent within the Express Post Network. See auspost.com.au for more details.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, to New Zealand and Norfolk Island, however, at this time this is unavailable through our online store. Please contact us to place your order.
People from other countries may place their order through 3ABN’s Online Store.
When I see a free offer advertised on 3ABN, can I order it from 3ABN Australia?
No, however, if the free offer was made on 3ABN Today Live you may contact 3ABN in the USA and they will post it to you.
