Recently, we have received calls and emails regarding issues with corrupted Program Guide PDF files downloaded from this website. We were unable to replicate the issue until today, and found that the PDF files would not open in Adobe Reader 9 correctly due to an incompatible embedded font. The files worked correctly using Google Chrome’s built-in PDF reader and with Apple’s Preview, and only affected Windows users. The incompatible font was caused by a bug in a recent system update on the computer that we use to generate the program guides.

The issue has been resolved, and the May 2011 program guides may now be downloaded from this website without issue. However, you may still experience issues if your web browser is loading the “cached” version of the file, instead of downloading the repaired file. If this happens to you, you will need to perform an “unconditional” reload of the page by holding down the Control key on your keyboard while clicking the “refresh” button in the toolbar (the icon looks like an arrow looping back on itself).
